I was very skeptical about this grounding stuff, until I tried it. Usually I sleep quite poorly often waking during the night and found it almost impossible to get back to sleep. The first night I tried the grounding sheet I slept through the ENTIRE NIGHT for the first time in years. Thinking it was a fluke, after about a week now, it keeps happening. If i wake during the night to go to the bathroom I can now get back to sleep quickly, something I used to dread. I feel great now with lots of energy and I am alert in the mornings where before I couldn't function without coffee. Its real!
